Hey, as long as they aren't "fallic" shaped then they'll be better than mine.

I didn't work on trimming up the core support and mounting the radiator as I had planned. I did some more cleanup, swapped a temp sensor in the water pump, put the <now> painted alternator bracket on.

Oh and took some pics....
Tabs welded on...

As it sits....

I also test fit the core with the radiator in it. Current hoses will work, I just need a small section so I can splice in a T for the steam vent hose. Tranny lines may be a stretch to not make it up to the radiator without rubbing the belt... I might need a 90deg fitting coming out of the radiator. You can see the hose laying across the frame and resting on the front of the inner fender. It's plenty long... it just needs to lay down low enough.

I had to pull the intake elbow to slip the radiator in. I forgot I had bought this I watched ebay for a long time till I could get one for under $15 shipped....
TB Air Foil.

Also went to a car meet last night... went with a buddy in his LT1 T/A, and met some other LT1 guys out there.... I'm really itching to join them.

Yup... another update with no pictures... they'll come later.
I now have the radiator FIRMLY mounted in the core. It sits ~1/2 - 1/4in further back than I'd like... but it has plenty of rubber/foam padding to keep it from rattling on the core support. Par for the course... I think of a better way to do it... after we finish and have 7 holes drilled in the mounting tab.
Now I need to mount the core support to the truck

I know the fuel pump is priming when you turn the key, but is it on when the truck is running? I know you can't hear it, maybe put a test light to it and make sure the relay's kicking when the engine is.

One other thing, do you have the MAF installed? I've had that problem, I've had trash in the injectors from rusty fuel lines, AND the VATS. Just keep going man, you'll get it!

Gas was drained some time ago.
Put 5 gallons of premium in it within a month ago.
Replaced fuel filter when the new gas went in.
Never pulled the rails/injectors.

MAF is installed... try it without it? OR you were just making sure it was installed?

That battery did not have a charge, so i had the blazer hooked up to it the entire time. I was seeing plenty of volts on the S-10 gauge when it was revved up. But the guage was a little low after each attempt (part of the reason for the wait between attempts)
I DID NOT put the larger ground strap on that Rich suggested (yet).

The last 1 or 2 times I fired it (in that video), I put my foot into it, and held it steady... the RPMs still ramped down, and it died. I too am thinking fuel.

Going back tonight...
Going to put the Blazer battery in to make sure it's not the battery.
Going to put a better ground up front.
Going to try to borrow a fuel pressure gauge from my brother.
