Photoshop a chrome bumper

Okay so I want my bumper (only the bumper) a realistic chrome. Can anyone do it for me? BTW, adjust the levels and color too if you could and maybe clean up the imperfections on the bumper too.

Chrome SUCKS to do, especially in lower light levels.

This is the best i could come up with after an hour lol

I used photoshop, and tried copying the colors off of my bumper.. but it didnt work, found a chrome rendering option in photoshop, but added a yellow tinge to it so it looks like its included in the time lapse.

This one looks really good. If you turn the sky in the reflection black, it will look almost perfect.

thanks, unfortunately i cant do that with the crome option in eyecandy

it gives you different sets of reflections to choose from, and that was the best one
(you can see buildings in the far right part of the bumper, to get an idea)

im sure someone with more pshop knowledge could change it though

i might be able to get to it tomorrow...

for the color, i usually just do hue/saturation (crtl+U) and de-saturate the yellows.

that layer with the chrome try the blending option of luminosity, softlight, or darken.
