I appreciate all the info and help. I checked out Hedman Hedders and they pretty $$$$$. So I'll stick with what I got and upgrade down the road.

Anyone know where I can get a few O2 Simulators ?

You don't want to put o2 simulators on the front banks (header down tubes), those are the o2 sensors your engine is looking at to adjust your air/fuel ratio. The only place you'd put the simulator is behind the cat. Casper was brought down by the EPA for selling them, I don't think anybody sells them anymore, but you can make your own..

You can still find them (sims) on ebay.

i had edelbrocks on my truck. they ARE better than stockers. the plug comes out no problem. loosen it with a socket, take socket off, and remove the plug by hand.... you don't need o2 sims. just put a bung where the o2 was(no cat) and put the o2 in there, hooked up and working. i had no issues this way.

i am now installing my hooker super comp 1 5/8" long tubes. 2 1/2" duals with cut outs.

Grinding all done- I also chopped out the Mid section of the Y pipe that was crunched from hitting a speed bump. I also had to retap another bung on the Y pipe- it was crossed a little bit. I'll get the new section welded in when I get the headers on the truck. I'll probably drive my truck open headers to the shop and fit the Y pipe and the rest of the exhaust. If I can run a 02 sim I won't run a cat.

As mentioned above you do NOT want to delete the O2's, the 2 that go into the headers are vital to the engines operation. If you are planning on still running a cat converter then there really is no reason to edit the rear O2 sensor out either, there is no performance benefit.

The cleanup looks good though, I just bought a used set of headers for my maxima and will be going through the same deal of cleaning them up and repainting/coating.

I know nothing about tuning cars/trucks- so I don't know what the truck needs and doesn't need- I apperiate the info.

Who knows a good tuner for a good price? Nelson performance ? Mach ?

I vote for www.pcmforless.com. Bryan Herter does pretty good tunes.
